#1:  You submit some basic information about your property via our online form. 

Fill out our simple and secure web form on this site with a few basic details about your property.  We will conduct our market research and evaluate your property based on comparable properties in the area, as well as factors that are unique to your parcel of land.

#2:  We will mail you a no-obligation cash offer.

After conducting our analysis, a cash offer will be prepared and mailed to you via First Class Mail.  A Sale Agreement will be included with our offer should you decide to move forward and sell to us.  You can return the signed Sale Agreement back to us via mail or fax.

Alternatively, the Sale Agreement can be sent to your email address and signed electronically.

#3:  The Title Company closes the transaction and you get paid.

Once we receive the signed Sale Agreement from you, we will forward it to the Title Company and they will begin the process of getting the property closed.

Once the transaction is ready to close, you can meet at the local Title Company, or a Mobile Notary can be scheduled to meet with you at a time and place that is convenient for you to complete the transaction.
